Shoes, smartwatch, a well-organized playlist. Some of the components of a great workout. For women, however, a sports bra can make or break the session. That’s why Adidas has created a full range of supports to include 43 new styles and an impressive 72 sizes (up to 2XL), offering more body types and training options than ever before.

The right fitting bra can do wonders for your overall health and fitness. Breasts are in endless motion during any routine. And the “one size fits all” mentality does not apply. In their research, Adidas found that 90% of women wear the wrong size sports bra.

Three Stripes also noted that wearing the proper sports bra reduces movement-related breast pain, effectively eliminating the risk of damage to the skin and core ligaments. An exceptional sports bra also improves overall function and impacts stride length.

With this research in mind, Adidas has built its most comprehensive collection of bras yet, with the promise of helping women achieve their goals while risking injury. The range includes high and low intensity bras, intended to protect women for everything from studio exercises to running to yoga. Below are some great choices, but be sure to browse the full range of options here.

Adidas designed this bra with the yogi in mind. It offers light support and is beyond soft, thanks in large part to the Adisoft fabric (it’s like a second skin). Because the shape is so flexible, it doubles as loungewear too.
