Virtual Try-On for Shoes allows customers to visualize what a pair of shoes will look like from all angles, whether they are in the comfort of their home or on the go

Customers can shop thousands of styles with Virtual Try-On for Shoes, including New Balance, adidas, Reebokand more

SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June. 9, 2022– Today, Amazon Fashion announced the launch of Virtual Try-On for Shoes, an interactive mobile experience that uses augmented reality to help customers visualize what a pair of shoes will look like from all angles and to better inform their purchasing decisions, in the comfort of their own home or Ready to Go.

Customers using the Amazon The shopping app on iOS can use Virtual Try-On for Shoes to view thousands of sneaker styles from brands like New Balance, adidas, ReebokPuma, Superga, LacosteAsics and Sauconia. Once they’ve selected a shoe, customers can tap the “Virtual Try On” button on the product detail page and point their mobile device’s camera at their feet to see what the shoes will look like. Customers can then move their feet to see what the shoe looks like from all angles and use the carousel to easily swap colors of the same style without having to leave the experience. Customers also have the option to take a photo of their virtual try-on experience and share the image with friends on social networks by clicking on the “Share” icon.
