Content and social agency Daresay kicks off the new fiscal year with two new business wins after being named by Tata Consumer Products and the NSW Government’s Department of Education, both as a result of calls for tenders.

Daresay, sister agency of The Works, which is part of Capgemini, has been named a social agency of choice by Tata Consumer Products for its Good Earth Teas as it launches the new line of herbal teas on social media.

Daresay beat four other agencies to secure the business.

“Daresay really understands the brand and how we want to bring it to life in this market,” says Micaela Pinkerton, Brand Manager, Tata Consumer Products.

“Their social media and content credentials, combined with their experience within the FMCG space, make them a great partner for us and this important brand launch. “

The NSW Department of Education has nominated Daresay for its vocational education and training (VET) program.

The agency will produce a series of video content to show how vocational education and training can lead to dream careers and financial stability.

“Daresay’s response has established itself as one that will resonate with our audience and we can’t wait to see it come to life,” said Eduardo Carvallo Carrera, Senior Marketing and Social Media Project Manager, Ministry of Education.

“Daresay’s experience working in the government and education space and his understanding of how best to engage our target audience has also been positive. “

Daresay managing partner Will Allen praised the agency’s two victories.

“We welcome the Good Earth Tea brand to the agency and look forward to helping launch it in Australia,” Allen said.

“I am also delighted that our relationship with the Ministry of Education continues to develop and that we have the opportunity to be creative again to highlight the benefits of the VET program. “

Allen, a former managing partner of One Green Bean, has joined Daresay while Ruth Haffenden is on maternity leave.

He also worked at We Are Social in the UK on brands such as Adidas, Audi, Samsung Europe and Beats by Dre Europe.

Daresay, who has been named AdNews Content Agency of the Year for the past two years, works with clients such as Business Australia, Westpac, Masterpet and Goodman Fielder.
