Know them? CT police consider them armed and dangerous
Connecticut Police are asking the public for help in identifying three men wanted in connection with multiple thefts and carjacking.
In Fairfield County, the Bridgeport Police Department’s Theft and Burglary Unit is seeking to identify the person depicted wearing the Adidas T-shirt.
He is believed to be responsible for several crimes in the western part of the city, including a carjacking on Carleton Avenue on Wednesday August 11, in which the victim was assaulted.
This individual is considered armed and dangerous, said Det. Bridgeport Police Jeffrey A. Holtz.
On Tuesday, August 24, he reportedly engaged the Patrol Division in pursuit of him as he drove a stolen 2021 white Honda HRV with the New York registration KNA-7998.
During the chase, he intentionally struck an officer-occupied patrol car, Holtz said.
This individual, along with the other two suspects pictured above, are part of a wanted group for allegedly stealing and transporting vehicles between Bridgeport and Westchester County, New York, he added.
“They also reportedly recently engaged New York State Police in a chase down I-87,” Holtz said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Bridgeport Police Department phone line at (203) 576-TIPS (8477) or the Theft / Burglary Unit at (203) 581-5293.
