Ventura Partners recruits the CEO of Carbitex
November 9, 2021 – Executive search firm Ventura Partners helped recruit Rob Langstaff as the new President and CEO of Carbitex, a manufacturer of flexible carbon fiber composites. He replaces CEO Ron Boninger who recently retired. With over three decades of experience in the performance footwear industry, Mr. Langstaff began his career at Adidas for over 16 years, most notably in management roles at Adidas Japan, where he increased the share of brand market.

He returned to International Affairs in late 2013 to work as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific / Latin America for Brooks Running and most recently worked as Vice President of International Affairs at Keen Footwear for four years.
